AQUATY is a fully digital securitization platform designed for asset and wealth managers in private markets. We provide Securitization as a Service, enabling efficient, seamless transactions while ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Our comprehensive offering includes SPV setup, Feeder Funds, Club-deals, and a complete securitization suite for private assets across all types, including Venture Capital, Private Equity, Real Estate, and Debt. We also offer consulting services to optimize private market transactions.

Backed by some of the most prominent investors in the industry, our team of 10 highly motivated and skilled individuals operates from our offices at Mannheim & Münster and remote across Europe. We're now looking for a like-minded Intern Founders Associate (m/f/d) to join our journey.

YOUR MISSION:

As a Founders Associate Intern, you will directly support one of the founders in key initiatives across various business areas. This role offers hands-on experience and exposure to strategic projects that shape the company’s future.

• Supporting fundraising efforts by preparing investor materials and actively managing relationships with potential and existing investors.
• Enhancing customer success by ensuring clients get the most value from our services, gathering feedback, and helping to improve retention.
• Creating compelling presentations for customer projects and client meetings that effectively communicate our value and vision.
• Exploring new business opportunities by conducting thorough market research and identifying growth areas.
• Jumping into strategic projects on an ad-hoc basis, helping tackle urgent challenges and opportunities as they arise.
• Tracking key financial metrics and OKRs, ensuring we stay aligned with our goals and can adjust strategies as needed.

ABOUT YOU: 

• You study at one of the best business / informatics universities in Europe
• You have completed at least one internship in a high-pace environment (consulting, startup, VC) 
• You speak English (and ideally German) in full proficiency
• You are highly interested in Private Markets and possess an advanced understanding in how investment processes work
• You have a solid understanding of No-Code / SaaS / AI tools to leverage your output
• You are results driven-individual, who likes to work directly on KPIs that impact the business
• You are energetic and highly motivated - your passion and resilience motivates yourself and others to go the extra-mile, when needed
• You combine pragmatic hands-on approach and a “doer-mentality” with data / analytical skills, also you are super customer-oriented
