Our comprehensive offering includes SPV setup, Feeder Funds, Club-deals, and a complete securitization suite for private assets across all types, including Venture Capital, Private Equity, Real Estate, and Debt. We also offer consulting services to optimize private market transactions.

We're not just a company; we're a revolution in the investment world, and we're looking for a like-minded Finance Manager (m/f/d) to join our journey.

YOUR MISSION:

As our first Finance Manager (f/m/d) you play an essential role in supporting all Finance processes across AQUATY.

• Together with one of our founders, a former Swiss CPA and accounting professional, you design the agenda of the Finance department and define a book of work to ramp up all Finance processes and operations
• You take over full responsibility for areas like accounting, business plan modeling, expense / vendor management or others
• You conduct financial analysis and suggest / monitor core financial KPIs
• You support fundraising process and other strategic projects and initiatives
• You integrate Finance Tech / SaaS to automate major processes within the Finance department (and beyond)
• You are the “numbers brain” of the company - always knowing where the company stands in key financial KPIs

ABOUT YOU: 

• You have graduated at a renowned university in the field of Management, Finance, Data Analytics or Informatics
• You have min. 2 years relevant working experience in a startup / scale up environment or other high pace environment in a Finance role.
• You have a solid understanding of all processes and structures in the Finance domain and can prioritize them according to their importance
• Additionally to your profound analytical skillset, you have very high working standards when it comes to accuracy and working error free
• You have worked with or even implemented modern Finance SaaS tools 
• You are extremely cost conscious and identify saving potentials proactively
• You can prioritize operational and strategic tasks and deliver both in high quality in a high pace environment
• You are energetic and highly motivated - your passion and resilience motivates yourself and others to go the extra-mile, when needed
